About the role#
As a Finance Intern with Boldt Holdings, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the financial analysis and performance of a diverse real estate portfolio. You will work alongside finance and asset management professionals to build your skills in financial modeling, investment performance, and portfolio management. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the financial analysis and performance of a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Assist with asset management reporting.
- Develop and maintain debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) forecasts.
- Analyze project profitability to support strategic business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to build relationships through cold and warm phone calls.
- A strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
- A passion for working in the construction industry.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Evidence of high academic achievement and prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
