    Our internship and co op program offer practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering, as well as the business functions that support these services.     • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, technical, or business related fields
    • Interest in consulting and fieldwork
    • Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with Terracon’s values
    • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required

    What You’ll Do * Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments

    • Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client and community outcomes

    • Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development

    • Receive mentorship from professionals committed to helping you grow
