About the role#
This summer internship offers students the chance to gain real-world experience in geotechnical engineering. You will work alongside professional staff and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor. The program includes professional development, networking with other interns, and a final summit with company leadership. You will learn about consulting engineering, project management, and laboratory testing procedures.
What you'll do#
- Perform sampling and testing tasks as directed.
- Assist field and laboratory personnel with routine assignments.
- Seek learning opportunities from your assigned mentor.
- Take on progressively increased training and responsibilities.
- Create and deliver a final presentation to leadership about your summer experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor or master degree in civil or construction engineering.
- Genuine interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
