About the role#
As an IT Project Manager Intern, you will support project processes from start to finish. You will work alongside project managers and team members to ensure project documentation, archiving, and follow-up tasks meet quality standards. This is a paid, temporary position that allows for up to 40 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate meetings and populate project data in roadmaps and PPM tools.
- Maintain project sites and track ongoing progress.
- Manage documentation versioning to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify process issues and suggest updates.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time or part-time student in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- An overall GPA of 2.0 or better.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
