About the role#
The Fund Accounting Internship Program offers students exposure to financial reporting and accounting policy within the Global Investment Operations team. Interns participate in a formal program that includes orientation, mentorship, and networking events with senior leaders and peers.
What you'll do#
- Perform oversight activities for accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify errors or exceptions and work with service providers to resolve issues.
- Apply internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant guidance to daily tasks.
- Conduct business analysis and support project management initiatives.
- Track and communicate process and data trends to management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- A major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- A commitment to learning AI-augmented platforms.
- Work authorization in the United States that does not require sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Owings Mills, Maryland.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with up to one day per week from home.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour, eligible for overtime pay.
- Status: Full-time internship with a rolling term.
