About the role#
The Client Services Internship Program provides a preview of work within Retirement Plan Services. You will gain exposure to operational and administrative tasks while supporting client relationships. The program includes a formal orientation, mentor assignments, and networking events with senior leaders and peers across the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support internal client services, such as processing beneficiary splits and fee invoices.
- Create, review, and update internal and external reports and standard operating procedures.
- Produce marketing materials and client kits for meetings and advisor reporting.
- Perform project work including data analysis, database cleanup, and competitor research.
What you'll need#
- Full-time student status pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and commitment to learning AI-augmented platforms.
- Majors including Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Political Science.
