About the role#
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team manages the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for the firm. As an intern, you will gain exposure to financial reporting and business case analysis. The program includes a formal orientation, mentorship from peers and senior leaders, and opportunities to connect with the broader organization through networking events and speaker series.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and forecast financial and non-financial trends to support decision making.
- Build interactive dashboards using data visualization platforms.
- Support internal accounting processes and conduct historical analyses.
- Prepare external reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities, including research on monthly variances and updates to financial presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas.
- Understanding of financial systems and data visualization tools.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
