About the role#
As a Regulatory Affairs intern, you will work within our medical equipment manufacturing operations. You will gain exposure to global regulatory strategy and compliance by working with teams such as R&D, Supplier Quality, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs. This role is a full-time, paid summer 2027 opportunity based in Portage, Michigan.
What you'll do#
- Monitor global regulatory changes by performing intelligence activities.
- Help prepare regulatory submissions to register products for international markets.
- Shadow Regulatory Affairs Specialists during new product development meetings.
- Assist with post-market regulatory reporting projects to monitor device performance.
- Contribute to the creation of regulatory assessments and change notification strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
