About the role#
As an Interaction Design Intern for Emergency Care, you will work with experienced designers to define, design, and document user experience and interface aspects for our products. This role focuses on mobile and web software applications. You will collaborate with software engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to create solutions that improve the user experience while maintaining our visual design brand language. You will also serve as an advocate for the end user throughout the development process.
What you'll do#
- Support UI and UX elements across a variety of Emergency Care products.
- Help define and document interface-related product requirements.
- Generate creative design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
- Apply human-centered design thinking to solve complex problems.
- Maintain consistency in design systems and visual brand language.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Foundational skills in digital prototyping, creative problem solving, and UX/UI workflows.
- A portfolio that shows your design process, rationale, and intentional decision-making.
- Experience with user research is preferred.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI software is preferred.

- Compensation: $20 to $35 per hour.
