About the role#
This VSL Project Engineer Internship offers hands-on experience in construction project management. You will work as part of our Project Engineer Career Development program. The role focuses on field learning and active participation in our daily construction operations. Please note that this position requires extensive travel to various job sites.
What you'll do#
- Track production rates and project schedules.
- Assist with estimating and budget preparation.
- Monitor project cost control.
- Manage safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Support business development and client relations.
- Coordinate field resources.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
- A natural aptitude for solving problems.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between the office and job sites.
