About the role#
As a Data Analyst intern, you will work on projects that impact how millions of businesses operate. You will own problems from start to finish with guidance from your manager and team. This role involves working with fundamental data to drive initiatives across the company. We will align you with a team based on your background and interests.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and run experiments to drive impact.
- Build and improve data assets to support business processes and product decisions.
- Create metrics, reports, and dashboards to help run the business.
- Extend Stripe’s metrics semantic layer.
- Assess the impact of product launches and decisions using A/B testing and business analytics.
- Ensure the business has the insights and data products needed to grow responsibly.
- Present your work to partner teams, the Data Science team, and fellow interns.
- Learn quickly by asking questions and working with mentors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a quantitative degree program, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or spring/summer 2028.
- Experience with SQL.
- Proficiency with AI tools to help with coding, analysis, and model development.
- Experience writing and debugging data pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new systems and apply feedback from peers and mentors.
