    About the role#

    The Performance Analytics Intern will support engineering teams by analyzing solar performance data and turning it into meaningful insights. This role provides hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry, offering exposure to technical workflows and collaborative projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Review and analyze photovoltaic (PV) performance data.
    • Support engineers with the creation of reports and performance summaries.
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of dashboards used by technical teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Python is considered a plus.

    • Location: Durham, North Carolina.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Summer 2026.
    • Status: Paid, full-time internship.
