About the role#
The Asset Management Intern will focus on improving how the team organizes and utilizes SharePoint. This role is designed for someone who enjoys system organization, process improvement, and making digital tools more accessible for others. You will gain hands-on experience with business operations within the renewable energy industry.
What you'll do#
- Review and reorganize the Asset Management SharePoint site.
- Collaborate with team members to identify frequently used information and workflows.
- Enhance document organization, folder structures, and site navigation.
- Develop and implement standards for file naming and document storage.
- Document best practices to ensure long-term maintenance of system improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly. Previous SharePoint experience is a plus but not required.
