About the role#
Stella McCartney is seeking a Communications Intern to join the New York team. This position offers hands-on experience within the communications department, supporting initiatives across press, celebrity, events, and brand communications. You will work alongside the team to gain exposure to daily operations at a global luxury fashion house.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and report on print, online, and social media coverage.
- Assist with sample trafficking, showroom organization, and inventory management.
- Coordinate product gifting and press send-outs.
- Support the planning and execution of press events and brand activations.
- Assist with communications reporting, presentations, and administrative projects.
- Maintain an organized showroom that reflects the brand.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Launchmetrics is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
