Landscape Architecture Intern

About the role#

This Landscape Architecture internship is a skill-building experience designed to provide mentorship within a collaborative studio environment. You will work 2-3 days per week on-site in our New York office, contributing to projects that range from urban parks and waterfront destinations to town centers and athletic complexes. This position runs from late August 2026 through December 2026.

What you'll do#

Under the guidance of our landscape architecture team, you will participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept development through construction documentation. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting project research and site visits.
• Preparing observation reports.
• Engaging in sketching and design reviews.
• Producing CAD and computer graphics.
• Assisting with marketing proposals.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Landscape Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Adobe programs.
• Strong design, graphic, technical, and writing skills.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Lumion or Enscape is preferred.

• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
