About the role#
Stantec is seeking a motivated Engineering Student to support the delivery of complex civil engineering projects in British Columbia. This role involves contributing to all phases of project execution, including planning and design, while developing technical competencies in municipal, industrial, and site development infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Provide general support to the project management team, including administrative tasks.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Prepare project documentation such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in preparing drawings, calculations, and drafting technical reports, memorandums, and other technical documents.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary civil engineering program.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
