About the role#
We are looking for a Structural Engineering Intern to join our team in Minneapolis. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support various structural projects. The role is available on a rolling basis and offers the potential for full-time employment after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Perform structural calculations and CAD work.
- Assist with bridge inspections and the preparation of reports.
- Provide general office support.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Civil Engineering.
- A strong interest or specific emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Completion of at least one year of upper division coursework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to travel within the state.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, MN.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Schedule: Full-time hours (40 hours per week) are expected during the summer, with part-time options available during the school year. Overtime and travel are required.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship.
