About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within our warehouse and supply chain operations. You will work alongside our team to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. This is a paid, full-time position based in Orlando, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Support the supply chain and warehouse teams with technical activities and process improvements.
- Analyze part usage and design warehouse layouts to improve efficiency.
- Manage the kitting of parts for manufacturing and assembly.
- Perform testing to enhance system usage and support material movement across two warehouse locations.
- Identify and eliminate waste in system processes and direct labor.
- Lead additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for industrial engineering or supply chain engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate studies.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with self-direction.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and supply chain software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Exposure to layout design and time studies.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This role requires the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- You may need to climb, stoop, crouch, or crawl in the manufacturing environment.
- Protective equipment for eyes and feet is required in production areas.
