About the role#
Springpoint Senior Living is hiring interns for 2027. This position offers students and recent graduates a chance to gain hands-on experience by working on real projects. You will work within a professional environment and receive mentorship from experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily projects and team initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project materials.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Learn and apply industry tools, processes, and best practices.
- Take on additional tasks based on business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college or university, or recent graduation.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- We encourage students from all majors to apply, including those studying Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or Marketing.

- Location: Wall Township, New Jersey.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
