What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.

- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to the required mentorship schedule.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
