About the role#
Springpoint Senior Living is seeking a Social Work Intern to support our Life Plan Communities across New Jersey. This is a paid, on-site internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Assist in conducting resident intake assessments and needs evaluations.
- Observe and participate in employee meetings, counseling sessions, and group programs.
- Help maintain accurate and confidential resident records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions.
- Assist with program development, outreach, and administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or Senior in a college or university program, with a preference for majors in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Location: Wall Township, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25-27 per hour.
