Human Resources Intern

About the role#

The Oaks at Denville, a Springpoint senior living community, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support our team. This is a paid, on-site internship opportunity based in Denville, New Jersey.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including data entry, maintaining employee files, and preparing HR documents.
• Coordinate and execute the new hire orientation process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Shadow and assist the recruitment team with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure all required training materials are completed for new hires.
• Complete additional HR-related projects as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current status as a rising Junior or Senior in a college or university program.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in a Human Resources major.

• Location: Denville, New Jersey.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $19 per hour.
