Sales & Marketing Intern

About the role#

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support the sales team at The Oaks at Denville while gaining experience in the administration of sales and marketing within a senior living environment. This is a paid, part-time position offering 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule customizable to your academic commitments.

What you'll do#

• Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Reach out to potential residents by following leads via phone or email.
• Help prepare for and participate in open houses and marketing events.
• Support the department with additional sales and marketing tasks as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• High School Diploma or GED.
