About the role#
Springpoint Senior Living is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with daily administrative operations. This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Wall Township, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including data entry and the maintenance of employee files.
- Prepare necessary HR documentation.
- Assist the team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Perform additional HR-related projects as assigned.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or Senior in a college or university program.
- Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
