About the role#
The Finance Intern provides administrative and financial support to the department at Springpoint Senior Living. This position offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, which can be customized around your academic studies.
What you'll do#
- Track and log contract labor and fixed assets using DSSI for vouchers.
- Update legal expenses by pulling invoices and logging information.
- Prepare files for the budget.
- Roll forward workpapers.
- Handle the mailing of unclaimed property.
- Provide support at community Foundation events.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail.

- Compensation: $19 per hour.
