About the role#
This is an 11-week, full-time internship running from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will join the Customer Operations team to gain hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry. The role balances department-specific projects with professional development sessions, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with senior developers and team members to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to process documentation.
- Help identify and evaluate cost-effective systems and procedures.
- Gather user requirements by meeting with managers and users.
- Draft solution options and document action items.
- Facilitate communication between business units and the project team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s degree program, specifically in Business Administration or a related field.
- Rising senior status with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA or greater.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
