About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from May 18 to August 8, 2027. You will join the Southwest Business Analytics Team to help drive revenue growth by turning data into business insights. You will work on-site at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, for 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to highlight KPIs, revenue drivers, and account performance.
- Analyze data from Salesforce and internal databases to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Support sales teams with CRM tasks, including account updates and data management.
- Research and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
- Prepare and scrub data to ensure compatibility for analysis and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver insights that support business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel skills like PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, forecasting models, or project management.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.

- Compensation: $22-$26 per hour.
