About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Customer Experience Insights and Analytics team at DFW Airport. You will work on research, data analytics, and trend analysis to support our consumer insights group. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Lead the annual Parking Benchmark study for the Transportation Business Unit.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including survey programming and sample management.
- Perform data analysis and create visualizations to share findings.
- Analyze the Customer Satisfaction study to identify consumer preferences.
- Conduct secondary research on relevant topics.
- Support ad hoc studies and provide insights to internal clients.
- Present research findings through clear PowerPoint presentations.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing Research or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and Q Research Software.
- Understanding of the consumer research process and how insights are gathered.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into strategic recommendations.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
