About the role#
The Revenue Management Planning & Initiatives team focuses on maximizing revenue by analyzing customer booking and travel behavior, forecasting demand, and optimizing seat pricing. As an intern, you will support the team in aligning commercial objectives and conducting market research. This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from May 18 to August 8, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support Revenue Management and commercial objectives.
- Analyze customer booking and travel behavior.
- Conduct market research and evaluate market pricing performance.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and collaborate with commercial departments.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Office, QuickBase, DiioMi, and Tableau.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Aviation, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a business-related field.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation functions like Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to build PowerPoint presentations and communicate results in writing.
- Analytical background with a basic understanding of root cause or trend analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently or in a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site at the corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
- The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week.
- Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on your progress toward your degree.
- Interns receive free, space-available travel privileges.
