About the role#
The Customer Experience & Analytics Data Science Internship is a 12-week program running from May 18 to August 8, 2027. You will join our team in Dallas to apply statistics, math, and computer science concepts to real-world business data. This role focuses on generating actionable insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. You will work 40 hours per week at our corporate headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Work on data science, machine learning, AI, and optimization projects to deliver business solutions.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply modeling methods to support business objectives.
- Maintain the effectiveness of existing analytical models and solutions.
- Build professional relationships within the Customer Organization and contribute to our data science community.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time student pursuing a degree in fields such as Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compile, clean, and visualize large-scale data.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience includes SQL, Python, Java, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and forecasting models.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. Social Security Number.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site at our corporate campus).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 18 - August 8).
- Compensation: $22-$26 per hour, based on degree progress.
