About the role#
The Summer 2027 Culture & Engagement Internship is a 12-week program running from May 18 to August 8, 2027. Interns work on projects that support Employees, Customers, and community initiatives. Depending on the assigned team, you may focus on Culture & Employee Engagement, Brand Partnerships & Community Engagement, Employee & Corporate Giving, or Sales Enablement. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of programs, events, and community campaigns.
- Assist with project management tasks, including maintaining timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports for various audiences.
- Conduct research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and community partners.
- Respond to inquiries from Employees, Candidates, and Customers with professional service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting documentation, and record keeping.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and program experiences.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Progress toward a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- This is an on-site role at our corporate headquarters.
- Compensation is $21-$24 per hour, based on progress toward your degree.
- Includes free, space-available travel privileges.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We do not provide work authorization sponsorship.
