About the role#
This internship provides a 10-week introduction to commercial banking operations and strategy. You will work alongside relationship managers and credit analysts to support business initiatives and gain insight into the banking sector. The program includes workshops, training sessions, and mentorship to help you build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on borrowers, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with team leaders and analysts on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to promote banking services and client engagement.
- Complete mandatory compliance training and orientation.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status as a rising senior graduating in 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
