About the role#
Penmen Productions is the video entity for Southern New Hampshire University Athletics. The team manages video streaming, features, and replays for athletic events. You will work with the Department of Athletic Communications to support live game broadcasts and related media projects.
What you'll do#
- Operate cameras during athletic contests.
- Produce and technically direct game broadcasts.
- Create highlight packages for games.
- Manage the in-game graphics generator and the Ouellette Stadium video board.
- Assist Athletics Communications staff at home events.
- Interview student-athletes and coaches.
- Set up and break down broadcast equipment.
- Serve as a replay operator for the board show and broadcast.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate Day program at SNHU.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- A willingness to learn.
- Knowledge or interest in sports.
- Previous video and broadcast experience is preferred but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in New Hampshire.
- Employment: Part-time, not to exceed 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
