About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the game shows division of Sony Pictures Entertainment. You will contribute to the teams behind television entertainment experiences through meaningful, high-impact work. This is a paid, part-time position designed for students or early-career professionals to build practical skills in the entertainment industry.
What you'll do#
- Identify and track emerging trends across social platforms.
- Participate in creative ideation and content publishing.
- Engage with online communities and manage social content.
- Collect data and manage digital assets.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate content success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, or a desire to deepen professional experience in the entertainment industry.
- Deep immersion in TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, with a passion for pop culture and digital storytelling.
- Experience creating content for personal channels.
- Interest in both editing short-form video and analyzing engagement metrics using tools like YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, or Dash Social.
- Ability to work as a self-starter both independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy! and an interest in reimagining them for new audiences.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Location & details#
- Location: Culver City, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 8 or 14 through December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: Part-time, 10 to 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: $19 per hour.
