About the role#
The Advanced Technologies team governs and operationalizes the enterprise-wide use of generative AI and emerging technologies. This team acts as a cross-functional hub that evaluates ideas, vets tools, and coordinates approvals to ensure safe and scalable AI adoption across the studio. As a graduate intern, you will support the team in managing AI platform operations and ensuring that technical enablement aligns with legal, security, and financial controls.
What you'll do#
- Assist with AI platform operations, including the setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration of enterprise AI tools.
- Monitor usage dashboards and logs to identify adoption trends and prepare summaries for the team.
- Apply responsible AI practices by documenting governance processes, security considerations, and audit-ready checklists for approved use cases.
- Support internal users by triaging questions and updating knowledge articles, FAQs, and training materials.
- Contribute to small AI enablement projects such as prompt testing, workflow documentation, and lightweight automation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming or scripting experience, preferably with Python or JavaScript.
- A foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or data science concepts.
- An interest in responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance practices.
- Strong communication skills and a curious, analytical mindset.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September 8 or 14 through December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: Part-time, 10 to 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
- Status: Paid internship.
