About the role#
The Corporate IT General Counsel team partners with departments across the organization, including Legal Affairs, Compliance, Privacy, and Investigative Services. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, implementing new technology, and helping stakeholders maximize the value of their tools. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 10-29 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support enterprise applications across the General Counsel organization.
- Research and evaluate new products, including AI and SaaS solutions.
- Gather business requirements and document business processes.
- Coordinate user testing for new features and applications.
- Create documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on technology initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious mindset with a desire to learn new technologies and processes.
- Detail-oriented approach and a willingness to take initiative.
- Preferred experience includes Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, APIs, ServiceNow, or Jira.
