About the role#
The Finance Intern will support the Latin America Ad Sales Finance team with billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. This role provides hands-on experience across various business lines including Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Theatrical, and digital revenue initiatives such as social media and FAST channels.
What you'll do#
- Clear unapplied cash accounts.
- Prepare settlement statements to process payments owed to third-party networks.
- Reconcile agency incentives to ensure quarterly accruals are updated.
- Assist with the monthly reconciliation of digital revenues and expenses.
- Perform withholding tax certificate reconciliations.
- Support the monthly close process by parking journal entries for cash, balance sheet, and receivables.
- Review cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable status reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, or seeking professional experience in the entertainment industry.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including conditional formulas.
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis to identify patterns and trends.
- Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

- Work Modality: On-site, part-time (10-29 hours per week).
- Compensation: $19 per hour.
