About the role#
The Facilities Workspace Solutions department is seeking a graduate intern to support the optimization of architectural drawing maintenance, production, and design services. This role involves exploring how AI can be integrated into existing workflows to improve efficiency and project management.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and determine how AI can automate and optimize architectural drawing maintenance and management.
- Assess current drawing production and design service processes.
- Manage the Project Management Workbook and assist in the creation of a Design Guidelines Handbook.
- Interface with the internal AI team to identify and implement potential solutions.
- Determine the availability of add-on modules or necessary development for existing systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or Data Science.
- Strong knowledge of AI technology.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, design processes, and software including REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 8 or 14 through December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: Part-time, 10 to 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: $29 per hour.
- Status: This is a paid internship.
