About the role#
Sofidel S.p.A. is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern for a temporary, project-based assignment. This role focuses on the migration of electronic employee records into the ADP HRIS system.
What you'll do#
- Transfer and upload electronic employee files into the ADP HRIS.
- Organize and validate employee records.
- Track project progress using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform data quality reviews and provide administrative support.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all employee information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in an accredited college program.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong computer efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage electronic files and databases.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Shelby, North Carolina, United States.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: 6-8 hours per week.
- Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour.
