About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in youth sports management by balancing time between office tasks and field coaching. The role is a hybrid position, split between on-field coaching sessions and support for business operations, marketing, and community events. You will work 30+ hours per week, including weekend availability.
What you'll do#
- Lead energetic soccer sessions for children between 18 months and 8 years old.
- Support daily business operations and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with community events.
- Participate in both online and in-person training.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle for travel to coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Preference is given to those with prior experience working with children.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Kinesiology.
