About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work in a hybrid format, splitting your time between on-field coaching and office-based tasks. The role requires 30 or more hours per week, including weekend availability. It is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, or Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Support local marketing efforts to grow the program.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Burtonsville office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.

- The internship is based in Bowie, Maryland, with requirements to travel to the Burtonsville office and surrounding coaching sites.
- Dates run from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
