About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026. You will gain hands-on experience by balancing time between office tasks and on-field coaching. The role focuses on youth sports development, requiring you to spend half your time leading soccer sessions and the other half supporting internal business functions. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old at various local schools and community centers.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for young children.
- Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in impacting children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute between the office and coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Communications, Psychology, Public Health, or Kinesiology.

- Locations: Towson, MD and Burtonsville, MD.
- Modality: Hybrid, involving both on-site office work and on-field coaching.
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Duration: August 17 to December 4, 2026.
