About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to introduce them to sports and fitness. The role requires a commitment of 30 or more hours per week for the fall term from August 17 to December 4, 2026. You will spend roughly half your time coaching on the field and the other half supporting office operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead soccer sessions that focus on fun and age-appropriate instruction.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and general business operations.
- Help coordinate and run community events.
- Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of a youth sports franchise.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- You can pass a background check.
- You enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Psychology, or Communications are encouraged to apply.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Annapolis, Maryland.
- The role is hybrid, requiring both on-site coaching and office work.
- You must be available to work on weekends.
