About the role#
Soccer Shots is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term to support youth sports development. This is a paid, full-time hybrid position that balances on-field coaching with office-based administrative work. You will spend roughly half your time leading soccer sessions and the other half supporting business operations, marketing, and community events.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with daily business operations and office tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives to reach local families.
- Represent the company at community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle are required for travel to coaching sites.
- You must pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology are relevant to the work.
