About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will split your time between coaching on the field and working in the office. This role offers a hands-on look at how a youth sports franchise operates. You will help with marketing, business operations, and community events while leading soccer sessions for children.
What you'll do#
- Lead soccer sessions that are fun and engaging for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with daily business operations and marketing initiatives.
- Support community events.
- Work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A desire to positively influence children through sports and fitness.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or Communications.

- This position is based in Arlington, Virginia.
- The work follows a hybrid format, involving both on-field coaching and office-based tasks.
- The internship runs from August 17 to December 4, 2026.
