About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will gain experience in both field coaching and office operations. The role is a mix of leading youth soccer sessions and supporting the business side of a youth sports franchise. You will spend roughly half your time coaching on the field and the other half supporting marketing, community events, and office tasks.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to help grow the program.
- Support daily business operations at the office.
- Represent the company at community events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting the lives of children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute between the office and coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred, though prior soccer experience is not required.
- Preferred fields of study include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.

- Location: Fairfax, Virginia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, involving both on-site office work and on-field coaching.
- Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
