About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will help run youth soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Beyond the field, you will support marketing, business operations, and community events. This role is designed for those who want hands-on experience in a youth sports franchise. The position runs from August 17 to December 4, 2026, and requires at least 30 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children at various sites.
- Support marketing initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Spend approximately half your time coaching on the field and half in the office or at events.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
