About the role#
This is a paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will spend roughly half your time coaching on the field and the other half supporting office operations. This role is designed for students in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Kinesiology who want hands-on experience in youth sports management.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Support marketing initiatives and community events.
- Work 30 plus hours per week, including weekends.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in positively impacting children through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred, though soccer experience is not required.

- Compensation: $13.25 to $17.95 per hour, depending on location.
