About the role#
This internship offers a mix of field coaching and office experience. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years to introduce them to soccer. The role involves a hybrid schedule, split between coaching sessions and supporting behind-the-scenes business tasks. You will gain exposure to how a youth sports franchise operates while working in the community.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support marketing efforts and business operations in the office.
- Assist with community events.
- Participate in training and development activities.
What you'll need#
- A desire to impact children's lives through sports and fitness.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Kinesiology.

- Format: Hybrid role with 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
