About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in both the office and on the field. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old to introduce them to soccer. The role involves a mix of coaching and administrative tasks, giving you a look into how a youth sports franchise operates. This is a paid position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions on the field.
- Support marketing initiatives and business operations.
- Assist with community events.
- Spend approximately half of your time coaching and half of your time on office or event tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for impacting children through sports and fitness.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office and traveling to coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
